Please tell me what the course material for HACCP 3 and 4 cover. I can perhaps help you out.

you might try googling –  RSPH haccp level 1,2,3,4

 

It seems probable that the material requires payment.

Go to a training course, it's really worth the money.

Agreed external training is important and a more cost effective way to manage valuable time.
