Quick Hello, having just joined up after looking for advice and research on allergen management. A quick low down on me, Masters degree in Food Safety and Quality, have worked in UK retail and manufacturing with the last 12 years in fish processing as Quality/Technical Manager.

Just looking to keep up to date with current thoughts and knowledge that I am sure will be most useful, and perhaps pass on a few thoughts (or frustrations) as the food industry leads to!!

Thanks

Welcome, Sim Fallible!

I am new to the food industry and have found much help here. I am sure you will find plenty of help, support, empathy and camaraderie here on the forum and will no doubt be able to dispense untold amounts of wisdom to us newbies.

Welcome!!
