Hi,

I am Jackson from Kenya currently working with a company that is within the food industry. We would want to obtain an ISO certification but first we were meant to understand that we have to get prepared for that. We rolled out a few systems that is compliant to the ISO and in place we are expected to conduct Audits. Kindly we need guidance from Food Safety experts on how to go about conducting these Audits. Please any assistant on Food Safety implemetation as per the international standards we will highly appreciate.

Best Regards,

Jackson.

although on this site you can find a lot of information on how to conduct an audit, some additional resources you could use are:

  • ISO 19011 is the guide of how to do audits.
  • The certified auditor HACCP handbook is another excellent resource you could use
