Try Neogen or 3M, they have plenty of swab test kits for your purposes

Since it is for accreditation we need some standard SOP method & not the kits

I daresay you will find that some commercial kits are approved, eg by AOAC, though it may depend on what you wish to test for.

 

An "official" methodology is also given in ref 57 of attachment, post 5 (the attachment is itself quite impressive IMO).

 

Another option might be -

 

 Microbiology of Food and Animal Feeding Stuffs—Horizontal Methods for Sampling Techniques from Surfaces Using Contact Plates and Swabs; ISO 18593:2004; ISO: Geneva, Switzerland, 2004.

 

I daresay there is an Indian equivalent to the ISO Document.

If you are going to be sending the swabs out to an outside lab, they will have SOPs and may be willing to share them with you. Are you testing in house?
