I'm curious to know if anyone uses any type of auditing software such as Intelex or Forms.com, if so what do you use and how do you personally rate it.

I would like to go paperless and be more mobile with our audits and at the same time keep it user friendly.

I suppose it depends on your company/site. Our internal audits tend to be short (1-2 hours including write-up), so we probably don't need a software solution. However, I have worked at substantially larger sites when an internal audit would take 8-10 hours. A well designed software package would have made life easier.

One way to find out would be to trial the software to see if it has the functionality you require, and how you can adapt your style to the constraints imposed by the software package. You might find it doesn't suit the way you prefer to work, or that it's not easy to capture the information your particular site requires. On the other hand, it may make your life very much easier.

We have just started using GorillaDox.

It is fairly difficult to get started but once everything is set up it is very easy to maintain.

It was thru the GFSC goup.

We did a preview of the system.
