Hi everyone!!!!
 
I´m an Engineer in Food Technology, graduated from UCEL (2004) and Master of Science of Food Science and Technology graduated from UNL (2010).
 
I worked in Research and Development at the CIDCA Institute, in the area of ´´Modelling and simulation of dehydrofreezing of fruits´´.
 
At present, I work on the Academic and Food Industries fields.
 
In the field of academia, I´m a professor in the Food Technology Engineering career at UCEL, and in the Food Safety and Quality Managment Systems Course too. I´m also a guest lecturer in the Post Graduate careers at UNR and UTN Rosario Universities. I´m responsable of the Extension Department of the School of Chemistry of UCEL as well. In the field of Food Industries, I work as an External Consultant (freelance) in the area of Food Safety and Quality, and I´m Leader Auditor of Agrifood for IRAM Litoral.
 
I manage and lead a interdisciplinary team of Food Technologists, whose member belong to the academia, industries, and goverment fields. It´s the Argentine Association of Food Technologists (AATA), of Santa Fe Region. AATA connects Argentine professionals, students, institutions and companies from Food Science and Technology who join forces to achieve products of high nutritional, hygienic and sensory quality.
