The threats mentioned are more related to VACCP as they are more concerned with economically motivated adulteration. The TACCP is concerned with the food defense. The format is good but I think the threats has to be reviewed in refernce with food defense.

Hi,

 

May I know how to do vulnerability assessment for the packaging material eg. plastic and carton?

Can I do the assessment using the template that shared by chris@crepecuisine? (refer attachment)

Your templates are very helpful giving clarity on the subject matter

I would consider TACCP and VACCP separately since the approach is totally different as well as the risk assessment.

We are a small ISO 9001 certified nutraceutical company in the UK and I am looking at implementing a sampling regime for all of our products (in the 100s). I thought that the VACCP may be the best way forward and to perform it for each of our suppliers instead of each product. Would this be sufficient or is there any other method you would recommend?

 

Also, could I ask where you got the information for the guidance notes from?

Apologies for the delay, I've recently been "un-furloughed" and still catching up on emails since March.  The information for the guidance notes is as Charles.C said "borrowed" from the USP text on Food Fraud

In my analysis i made an assessement based in opportunities, motivation and control mesure for all our raw materials, enzyms and other products related to the productio.
