Dear All,

 

Hai ... I would lie to get Information about use Natamicyn in yoghurt. can  use & is safe if use in yoghurt i have read in FDA and

it use for chesee ?

I need  reference and another documen for this material, please   :helpplease:

There's a GRAS petition which informed FDA of use of natamycin in yogurt at levels not to exceed 5ppm, FDA responded with no questions so it can be considered GRAS for that application.
