Hello,

We are a dry food ingredient manufacturer and we are trying to update our environmental monitoring program. Would we include all environmental monitoring i.e. water, compressed air, & micro?

It likely depends on yr FS Standard, if any.

Or perhaps Regulatory, if any.

Or whether you consider it a risk.

Or whether you have a QA budget.

I'm surprised you don't monitor water already.

Kind Regards,

We monitor all three, I was just wondering if they should be separate programs or can be all included in our environmental monitoring program.

Hi kristin,

I would have thought water and compressed air would have their own sections, not typically EMP. Unless perhaps there's a well supply.

Again it likely relates to the specific FS standard/ requirements/questions.

Kind Regards,
