HI Everyone,

Am working in a factory that deals with allergens(macadamia and cashew kernels) also not allergic products that is Avocados and Mangoes but all processed in different lines but in same factory.

Request any help to come up with an allergen policy and procedure.

Regards,
Benito.

Hi,

you have prove that there is no cross contamination and make a Allergen Control Validation for standard sanitation procedures effectively remove allergen(s) from

food contact surfaces .

Hello,

In you Allergen Management Policy, it must include how the plant manage to control  (avoid) the cross-contamination or cross contact non-allergenic food from substance containing allergens. Policy must be known to all employees.

Procedure must contain the 4 W's and H. Also include the cleaning verification of your FCS, personnel traffic, and wearing of PPE.

regards,

redfox
