anyone can help me have the reference for the FDA standards and limits for microbial count?

I assume you are referring to import control limits.

 

I have attached some related data as per ca 2005. Situation may have changed somewhat since then.

Well spotted! Thank you.

 

Interesting to note that almost all the microbial data is unchanged from 2005 - 2011 although I noted that (a) pathogenic E.coli limit has now disappeared, (b) V.cholerae O139/non-O139 has been added and (c) the word "presence" has been replaced by "presence in 25g" except for V.vulnificus and Clostridium Botulinum respectively.
