Hell all,

1)Does anyone know is Maltitol approved additive to use in cookies or biscuits?

2)If so are there additional
Labelling requirements?

Not an expert in Canadian food regs, but it looks like it is permissible for use:

My understanding is that cookies/biscuits are an "unstandardized food".

It does appear to trigger some additional labelling requirements:

It is an approved sugar alcohol, make sure you have it in the NF table and review the labeling requirements of your product.
