ISO TS 22002-1: 2009 in clause 5.2 said that The building shall provide adequate space, with a logical flow of materials, products and personnel, and physical separation of raw from processed areas.
I wanna ask, what does it mean by logical flow of material and personnel?
In my company has outdoor space for incoming fresh raw material, after incoming there are storage room . My personnel usually sorting the raw material in outdoor then he goes to storage room. Is it okay for personnel to be like that?
Please help me,

Hi Adistiyaika,
What this means is will be dependent on your process and products. So, you will need to give members more information in order to get sound advice.
You should identify the potential risks associated with all production zones and the appropriate controls (including the level of prerequisite programmes). A combination of process flow and procedures will be used to minimise risk to raw materials, packaging and products.
This is particularly important for high risk/high care products where contamination by inadequate segregation from say raw materials can create hazards of cross-contamination.
I could post more information relating to high risk/high care but this does not sound relevant in your case although I am wondering about your ‘outdoor space’ for incoming/sorting and if that is a good idea.
Kind regards,
Tony
