Bruce Perkin : Hi Jennifer, Ipads and google glass in production environment could be a hazard. How should we clean and sanitize I-Pads, and how do both Glasses and I-pads work with our glass and rigid plastic procedures?
Shubham Patle : how to deal with the problem while making the change ?
Mitzi L Fidler : We have ipads on our production floor. They have military grade covers. They are in our EM program and they are randomly swabbed and have come back negative for EB
Bruce Perkin : Thanks Mitzi!
Sheena Britton : Bruce. What about risk assessment and mitigating the hazard, with covers etc. and where this cannot be fully controlled using integrity checks
Bruce Perkin : @Sheena - I get that for tablets, what about Google Glases?
Luz Alvarez : Luz Alvarez from Clearwater- USA
Anna  Koo : How would you evaluate the effectiveness of the training?  I have seen quiz/evaluations/on-site shadowing? Are there any other methods?
Sheena Britton : Bruce, not useed them but do they do covers for the glass like you can purchase for phones and screens. Maybe theres a gap in the market for something that covers this off.
Bruce Perkin : Is there a correlation with the companies that provide the supervisor training and the companies that had the higher level of hand wash compliance?
Abhay Singh  Tomar : how we knw that there is a need to solve the problem or to change the way to deal it
muhammad Atif : Sorry for delay ,i joined now
Tamieka Sewell : Hello from Jamaica
Patricia Symister : Greetings from Jamaica!
Nick Jansen : Judith I think thats a great point. If you do not supply the receptor with a reason for the change, they may not see the importance. When everyone sees the importance of any change it can be a breakthrough for that instance.
ANIBAL GRASSO : Hello, from Uruguay!!!
Stuart Long : Forgetting Curve reinforces the need to "us" to redesign out training culture.  How many of us have short (5 minute or less) review materials that we distribute after formal training, as well as short 5 question quizes a week after training?
Bruce Perkin : Have also read a paper some time back on better retention of knowledge of the training when the learner is required to  put the learning into practice in proximity to the learning event. The sooner after the learning event they use the training, the better the retention.
Judith Hutchinson : Do you not think that one of the main problems in current training and where we need to change is to provide personnel and supervisors and managers with some really good reasons and understanding of the potential consequences if controls aren't implemented?
Shubham Patle : will it be ok to encourage mistakes??to make them learn??
muhammad Atif : Please provide the training need assesment templete
muhammad Atif : You are passing so fast that i am unable to get you.
muhammad Atif : please explain point 2 again .?
Simon Timperley : you will have the recording and slides later to go through at your own pace
muhammad Atif : how can we do the training need assesment?
Kamlesh Kumar : what is procedure step by stept togive training?
eymard unisan : practicality wise and based on my experiences also, we tend to do training JUST when there are abnormalities took place or OOS issues cropped up. managers tend to focus more on the productivity and the outputs rather than foreseeing a sustainable working environment.
Anna  Koo : How would you evaluate the effectiveness of the training? I have seen quiz/evaluations/on-site shadowing? Are there any other methods?
Judith Hutchinson : I work with a company who also deliver little 'thank you' gifts such as coffee or lunch as well as ensuring  people understand consequences not just to themselves, but also to others - probably the best culture of all the businesses I do work with.
Shubham Patle : exactly eymard its the problem everywhere the focus is on productivity more rather than the work place
Amit Kheradia : Some GFSI based programs are requiring companies to have an Employee accountability program to show GMP violations may lead to disciplinary action. How can we change the "carrot and stick" mentality, when standards require it?
Jennifer Anwar : thank you!
Amisse Aly : Very nice, Jenn! Thank you, very much!
Oswaldo Cardona : It is important both the validation of the training process and its effectiveness in training. Is there any suggested method?
eymard unisan : thank you for the insights.
