It’s been awhile since I last posted on this forum.
Since our implementation of SQF level 1 several years back, which we are now level 2. I had noticed a lot has changed with the standards and different categories of the SQF system. As the result of these changes, I am eliminating unnecessary task or monitoring activities to match current version for Distribution & Warehousing scope 26, for Food Distribution and Warehousing, for shelf stable Cereals, Corrugate, Film, and Ingredients (all enclosed and pre-packaged foods)
While reviewing module 12, I had noticed that the pre-operational inspection is excluded from the current version, which we had to document that the amenities and other sanitation activities were performed before the start of the shift.
My question is; was this intentionally removed from Module 12, due to the type business or an error?
