Hello Everyone,

I'm trying to find a short video (<5 minutes) on Food Defense to use during our production workers orientation class.  Does anyone have a good video suggestion?

Thank you!

I don't know any video that short; however, the FDA has some (rather cheesy) videos in various languages, about 11 minutes.

If you have Alchemy, they have a module. I've never had any success with videos though personally. I just can't get buy in from the cheesiness. I can't convince my staff to worry about a mysterious megalomaniac.. they just can't believe it could ever happen here.

We made a basic Powerpoint giving examples of Actual things that have happened, both in other places and incidents in our own facility (that are much less serious, but still exist).

My basis is that if they're worried about that weird drunk guy that lives in the trailer park next door getting in, they'll incidentally protect us from any scheming megalomaniacs or other attacks...

Personally, I like the cheesy FDA one.
I used to show it and then, the next week, took screen captures and explained what "we" actually do, and what your responsibilities are.
