Hi Everyone,
My company is trying to apply for HACCP certification & the concern I have right now is our entrance for packaging material into the packing area.
Currently, packaging materials are being brought inside the packing area using the same door for finish product to go to the loading bay. Since the packaging material store is outside the processing area, I'm worried it will cause cross contamination.
Are there any suggestions on how to minimize the risk? Should i enforce a specific time for the packaging material to go through the door? Example, the packaging material can only go through during the start of the first shift only.
