Does anyone have a template or an active document they can share with me for a Food Fraud Policy. I am at a loss of how to write this document for my company.

Unfortunately, I don't have a procedure that I am free to share but I wanted to point you toward a few resources:

 

There's an article in this months issue of Food Safety Magazine written by an employee of McCormick.  The spice industry is arguably more complex than the packaging industry, but the advice is sound:

Please inform which clause requires a specific Food Fraud Policy, (I cannot see one) ?

SQF Code section 2.7.2 talks about Food Fraud and the requirement to have "The methods, responsibilities and criteria for identifying the site's vulnerability to food fraud shall be documented, implemented and maintained".
