Hi everyone,

Food businesses are #FoodHeroes and celebrated on social media, at least in Belgium and the UK.
But some food business, including restaurants, hotels and lot of businesses that deliver to them, are now closed since around mid-March, depending on the country.

We created for our clients a reopeing procedure. The intent is to help FBO to check everything before starting the production again and make sure the closure due to covid19 will not be followed by a second one due to food safety matters.

It can also be used each time a business needs to close, including holidays.

If you have any addition, please share it.

Hey Mathieu, that is an excellent idea.

We just started offering free consulting to small restaurants, B&B's, and small food businesses to get them back on their feet (so to speak) after being forced to close from the hoax.

We all need to help each other in the industry, many of our existing clients supply restaurants and were hurt badly when the restaurants were deemed non-essential.

Here we celebrate the rebels for not taking it anymore and opening up their businesses without jumping thru the hoops first.

We also created as step-by-step process, thank you for including your upload.
