Does anyone have a sample or suggestion to how we can track the request for micro results that are found to be unsatisfactory?

If limits are not exceeded but higher than normal, a way to track the request for sanitation or corrective action? I feel like this is not part of a deviation report that we are currently using and trying to find the best way to track and document the mandated recleaning.

Any tips or advice are greatly appreciated!!! TIA

If the results are within limits what is the need for corrective action?

Perhaps you need to reset your limits if they are not achieving the desired result.  If the elevated micro counts are leading to quality or safety issues, then revisit your limits.  If they do not have an impact then it is something to monitor, but I would say corrective action not necessary.

^^^^^ Not sure what this means in a quantitative sense. Need some actual numbers/norms..

Don't forget that micro.counts  customarily have substantial error bands.

Kind Regards,
