Hi all, thought I'd join in and introduce myself now I've signed up! I'm Helen, Quality Manager for a Vegan, protein powder & dietary supplement manufacturer in the UK. We're a relatively young, small business with big ambitions, and growing rapidly. My team and I are desperately trying to keep up with the product innovation and here to really gain as much knowledge as I possibly can to improve our Food Safety & Quality systems on site. I've been in Quality for the last 10 years, but never with dry powders, most of my background was in wine production so used to liquids, and powders are definitely a different experience. A complete lover of Quality systems and HACCP, a bit of a novice with microbiology (to put it lightly!) So I'm looking forward to getting involved, learning from like-minded individuals, and hopefully being able to support others with some of my expertise! Have a great day!
