That's a pretty broad question. Fully clarified juices potentially have lower fibre content, but also often have more stability so can suit some applications. Cloudy/pulpy juices typically have a fuller mouthfeel even if not going as far as adding cells (juice vesicles) back into citrus juices, arguably have a more "wholesome" appearance (e.g. cloudy apple juice is often perceived as being more "natural" than clarified apple juice), but they will settle, can be harder to pump, mix etc.

It depends on the juice.

Living in Florida we drank a lot of orange juice from the local press and that had pulp in it - I like medium pulp.

In Panama they have lovely oranges that purpose straight juice only, no pulp - wonderful stuff.

In apricot juice, I like an extra helping of puree - must be a mouthfeel thing.
