Hello IFSQN Members,
My name is Caldo and my role as GM of a newly established food manufactory company is to develop a Food Safety plan with the help of QA Manager (pending hire). I will greatly appreciate the help in the steps need to develop an entire Food Safety and Quality Manual from scratch. The company's goals are after completing all prerequisite will be to go for SQF & FSMA certification.
I have already registered for HACCP implantation training for my self as a start.
I hope the discussions here will help me understanding of what auditors look for.
