Hello,
I have been in food quality for almost 30 years. I work in the seafood industry, with experience in RTE, produce, chocolate, dried meat jerky, and warehousing practices. I hope to spend time on this site finding more information on interesting topics that are relevant to the ever-changing food landscape.
