Hi, I am Ndivhuwo working at meat processing factory for (Vienna and polony). We currently doing air plates in our high care with a treated air and low care untreated air testing for L. Mono, yeast & Mold and TPC , so any who knows a standard or have air plate specification. Please help me. Thank you all in advance.

I would anticipate L.mono is preferably undetected.

 

PS - "active" sampling is probably a more precise/consistent methodology.

 

PPS - what do you mean by "treated/untreated" air ? Filtered ?

 

@Parvezhkhan - thks input although this data is perhaps more focussed on cleanrooms/asepic areas. Needs some cross-correlations.
