Hi, I'm Roberta, from Italy :) I am struggling with FSSC 22000 V.5.1 certification and I have to create separate checklists by area for internal audits. Anyone have any examples? Thanks  :spoton:

Hi Roberta,

Which Clause ?

Hi Charles,

clause 9.2.2

I'd like to create several checklists, one for each area (for example purchases, production, quality, etc, sector C food production) in order to be able to check the different areas with a different frequency depending on how much each one impacts on the safety of the product.

I searched a lot on the forum, but I only ever saw a single checklist to verify compliance with the standard, with all the requirements.

Instead, I would like to create a system that allows me to check the different areas separately.

Do you have any suggestions for me?

My problem is that I'm not able to apply the individual requirements to a specific area, they all seem like system requirements to me!

Thank you

Hi Roberta,

Yes, I guess most "system" approaches discussed here tend to be/ use a "direct" approach. An area approach is often implemented  for GMP Audits though.

You may find the free downloadable document illustrating the IFSQN fssc22000 package of some interest -
