Hello. I am new to this site. Our products are ready to eat. We are fixing to start on a new product that is Cranberry Pecan Chicken Salad. Since the allergen is nuts, how do i go about it to put in my Haccp plan? Under HACCP Analysis would i add it in Storage/ Distribution? Also, would this have to be added in our Master HAccp Plan? How can i factor all this into our HACCP Plan? Thank you!

This is your only product to contain nuts?   In my plant, tree nuts opened so many cans of worms we stopped making anything with nuts, but every plant is different of course.   For me it was much more than just the paperwork.   Batch scheduling, cleaning, proper storage, dedicated scoops, swabbing, etc.   Adding nuts to a nut free facility is a real pain...
