we have a validated in house steam sterilization unit that we use to steam sterilize chile powder. After the steam sterilization comes a air chiller unit with several filtration systems set up inside. What is some recommended testing for the air quality of air that comes in contact with product?

Hi 3esa,

It may relate to whether just for internal information purposes or a particular standard.
