While I was looking at some old files I found out a small project I made for my Technical English class. It was an assignment / a small presentation of a product specially designed for diabetics and high in fibers. It is nothing much really... actually the main purpose of the class was to be able to use English instead of Greek :P

It is a bit childish hehehe but I think its nice to see!
Enjoy! :P

Thank you for your post SaRaRa,

Do you work with cocoa powders or chocolate at all in your current placement? I have worked with several different grades of cocoa powder and beans over the last 10 years. I found your post to be very interesting, even to me, a person a little beyond the average chocolate user. I have saved it on my desk to use as a training enhancement for new hires and current technicians. By the way English was great!

Regards,

A.McCreary

Dear Mrs McCreary,

Thank you for your kind words! :)
This ppt file was something like a report/excersise I had to do for my Technical English course that I had to do when I was still doing my Bachelor degree. I never actually tried to make this chocolate bar in a pilot plant etc so I can't really tell you if it has a practical application. Its more like an "idea" of product & process describe in technical English terms.

Regards,
Philip

After a long time I saw that this is not the complete/final version of the presentation and some important slides are missing!
Apologies for that! I will soon be able to correct it and reupload it!

Cheers!
Philip
