I found this news on a Dutch site. It might be interesting to some members here.

EFSA has published a changed guideling for public consultation. It is about the approval of substances for the removal of microbial surface contamination of foods of animal origin.

more information: Public consultation on the revision of the joint AFC/BIOHAZ guidance document on the submission of data for the evaluation of the safety and efficacy of substances for the removal of microbial surface contamination of foods of animal origin intended for human consumption.
