I am not sure if this is the right place for my question but I am looking for a strong professional "job description" pattern.

Does anyone have an example to share?

I am basically interested in the main topics which should be included in a professional job description so that working on this I can write down the job descriptions of our people.

I would like to keep it as simple as possible (not too complicated) but it should contain all major points.

Thanks

Yannis

Dear Martin,

JDs for landworkers, technicians, truck drivers, fork lift drivers, head of production, head of QC etc.
Its a long time since I last had to write JDs and now that I want to again I want to be sure that they are professional.
I am not really an expert in JD writing

Hi Yassin,

As per my understanding ,

As you know ,You need to have organization structure ,and JD is required for each of the head /employee including operator long story short every one except contractor.
JD importance in food safety based quality management system is that there is defined roles and responsibilty and base of that you can define training requirement on the base of risk assessment.

So 1)Roles and responsibility
2)required skills
3)Reporting to
4)Back uo(if person will not available who will take incharge)

Ihope thiswould elpful to ya
