Hi Tony - C

Yes I have PhD in Food Technology awarded from UK in 1991 as I used to reside in UK before moving down under and was a Senior Lecturer in Food Science and Technology at University of Wales (UK) and a specialist in Extrusion Cooking.

So a valid Food Doctor!! but not a GOD!!!

It all looks and sounds good until you get audited to it!

Maybe I am a little to close to appreciate the beauty of it.
