Hello Friends,

Sometime back docs for Level 1,2,3,4 training in food safety had been uploaed to the forum and some how i have missed that thread , if any body had that thread or link than please pm me.

Dear All,

Can any of the 'ditto" enthusiasts explain what their 1,2,3,4 actually refer to ? Is this CIEH or the (Irish) set of documents I remember posting some time back or ???? :biggrin:
