Dear hesham,

A useful answer to yr certificates query requires knowledge of the local requirements in the UAE. Unfortunately, there may be a limited number of people here who have this information so a delay is involved. One generic answer is to contact yr local hygiene department if such exists (?).

Dear Hesham,

In Dubai, IN MY OPINION, I believe you need to go for basic food hygiene training, intermediate hygiene training, advanced food hygiene training, PIC levels 1 & 2. If you wish to include HACCP in your scope, you will need to attend, HACCP awareness and Intermediate haccp.
FYI the trainings mentioned above are dependent on which type of industry you would wish to work for.

Trainings and certificates are just prerequisites, the most important thing is experience.. as they say "Experience is the best teacher."

Regards,
Food safety boy.
