I suppose its the same procedure as for any glass breakage or loss. Stop what you are doing, search for it and if you cannot find it then consider what products maybe affected. The important part is knowing who has contact lenses and glasses and ensuring they are checked and documented as still intact on the person at regular intervals; this way if there is a loss the problem can be contained with least risk to the products and business.
