Dear All,

My name is Ilnur Bakhtigaryaev.

I am doing my Master's at MMU and currently working on dissertation devoted to food preferences in terms of different farming techniques.
Everyone knows that the origin of food we eat must be taken into careful consideration.

Coming global challenges, such as climate change, population growth and shortages of exhaustible resources, require significant changes in current agriculture to ensure sustainability of the environment in the future.

As you know where are three main approaches to agriculture and the most promising is biotech farming. However, risks associated with transfer of genes among incompatible species (e.g. from Bt bacterium to corn) are very dangerous. Organic farming in global scale might be disuster for humanity, because necessity to cut down forests might arise. It has been experienced that inappropriate preparation of manure caused e.coli contamination in organic produce that resulted in deaths. Convenient agriculture poison the environment and consumers.

Nevertheless, each farming technique has its own advantages over the others, and if you want to find out more, lets just exchange the knowledge!

The main method that is utilised in my thesis is email interview. It designed to obtain your opinion about recent developments in the food industry, then I will show you a video presentation, which based on scientific evidences and practises. I am sure that this material will be of particular interest for individuals, who really cares about food she/he eats. It covers a very promising approach to farming that might solve the most of global issues!

I will also be happy to share all my knowledge in the area of food production and management. The obtained data will be used to generate conclusions about previously undiscussed issue only, without any attemt to commercialise the findings.

I have just one month left to finish my dissertation and will really appreciate and enjoy participation of such great conscious consumers, which you certainly are.

Thanks for your time,

Best wishes,
Ilnur Bakhtigaryaev.
