Hi all,

If we want to do the internal calibration for hydrometer, Which are more suitable/ more accurate, raw sugar or dry sucrose?

Hi TQ

For internal verification of hydrometers I would use a known standard (in the range you are measuring) supplied by an accredited lab with a COA stating the exact specific gravity and then compare it with my instrument and hopefully they match.
