Hello Everyone!

Does anyone know how to verify ascorbic acid (for dipping apples to prevent browining)? Currently we are measuring the pH, but this is not good enough for our Auditing Body.

Perhaps you could measure the Acidity of the dipping solution which is not the same as measuring pH. May be a simple tritation will do?
