Hello Everybody,

I would like to know how Moisture content is determined from the whole chillis and grounded chilli powder, Please suggest if I can get any digital analysing equipment . Thanks in advance

Depending on the method you use to move the chilli along (conveyor etc.) there are several bits of kit available. Spectra Quad are the ones we use (http://www.thermo.co...ctPDF_20932.pdf for more information) I can assure you of their reliability, but you should take a good look around to see what is ideal for you. If you express an interest, I'm sure there are many companies who will let you have one on trial for a period.

We managed to find a digital meter to analyse moisture in whole chillies. It is important to find whole chilli moisture for us so that can decide if it needs more sundrying or ready for crushing. Thanks for the link. Appreciate it.
