I need to conduct a risk analysis on an alternative storage location (11.6.5) and do not have a template to go off of. Could anyone upload a template that I could use to guide myself through this.

Thank you in advance. It is much appreciated!

Hi DL1988,

Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but here's a food safety risk analysis matrix that may be of use:

Attached File  HACCP Risk Analysis Matrix.pdf   75.95KB   170 downloads

For HACCP this risk analysis would be conducted on all risks from biological, chemical, and physical (ex. foreign material) aspects.

That is a great Matrix! How about an anlysis for situations outside of a HACCP measures. For me, I am trying to conduct a risk analysis for an alternative storage site to place packaging material. In the SQF code it states a "risk analysis" must be conducted. However I do not have anything to go off of or to help me conduct such an analysis. Also, what would consitute it being acceptable or non acceptable?

Thanks,

Here's a short article from Food Safety Magazine titled "Food Safety Management & Risk Assessment:

You can also use the search function at the top right and you can find some more weighty examples and information. As many have pointed out over the years; "This place is a gold mine!".
