Hi,

does anybody can help me with those.

• Procedures for temporary repairs
• Procedures for emergency repairs

what exactly should such procedure contain?

Dear B. Nowak,

 

Such procedure should include:

- hygiene rules for engineers, to prevent contamination;

- release by production/ documented hygiene clearance procedure, which records that product contamination hazards have been removed from machinery and equipment;

- the materials that can be used when there is possible contact with food;

- time scale to realise permanent repair;

- control measures to check that the temporary repair is not a food contamination risk;

- the failures that might be fixed with temporary repairs.

 

Probably, some one else, can complete this list.
