Our company is on a road to tackle  SQF certification.

We currently have in place GMP audit program conducted by a multidisciplinary team. The GMP audit covers the entire plan weekly. I am looking for suggestions/examples how to trend the observations from these audits and assign a rating for the observations.  For e.g critical - contamination risk requires immediate fix, major -does pose immediate work order ate food safety risk.

Thank you,

Dear mhul,

i split yr query from iso forum (existing thread) and titled it. Feel free to re-title if desired. I assumed this was a food-related question.

The GMP audit covers the entire plan

Not quite sure as to the meaning of "plan". Is this a specific SQF section reference ?

Not a SQF user myself but IMEX, it is more usual to trend selected topics, eg flies,  within FS systems rather than the whole GMP program. particularly as required by the standard's "Code" involved.

I do use parameters such as you mention for one-off inspections but numerous  "critical" defects would  rather over-ride the need for trending IMO.

On the other hand, perhaps you like being fully employed at all times which is also a laudable aspiration.
