Dear All,

It seemed to me that the difference within categories A/B,  C/D, E/F  are primarily a test of one's semantic imagination rather than of a tasting test.

Or simply  designed to avoid criticisms if all data were shown as Grade A.

IMO the 9 scales could  be instantly reduced to 5, without making any difference to the evaluation.
