How can we get the traceability  of test pieces used for calibration of metal detector to recognized standard.

If you use the test pieces provided to you by the supplier of the metal detector, these are traceable to recognised standards.

You can buy test pieces with a certificate

If you don't have the original certificate when you purchased the test pieces, get them re-certified by a calibration specialist. Just google "calibrate metal detector test pieces" and you should find someone local to you. If you are looking for a recognized standard check out ISO 3290.
