Has anyone created a document to track their company's compliance with FSMA?  Or a chart comparing proposed/passed rules to what they have in place?

We have made it a policy not to do anything until we know for sure what will affect us and what those rules actually are.  We decided not to try to conform or attempt to prepare for any of this.

We have people who are watching FSMA but beyond that we aren't doing anything else.

Iv'e been attending the webinars (archived to YouTube) for FSMA Friday's sponsored by The Acheson Group (TAG) and their SafetyChain software. The transcripts for the webinars are available on Food Online under FSMA Fridays. The information has been invaluable to me. Overall the information is high level and not a detailed how-to, but still provides great insight into what will be required. If I had to choose one message from the series, it would be Do Not Wait to implement because there is so much that can be done right now towards compliance. Although some details of FSMA iare up in the air, most of it is a sure thing.
