Experimental and First Batch Procedure

Greetings:

I have been working on a First Batch process flow to provide a detailed procedure for the handling of a new product.  Currently, the process consists of any and all necessary steps and documentation needed for new product to go into production.  My hope is that this program applies to all new product and/or first time batching.

I would like to get your feedback-thoughts-ideas to assure that this process works and/or has worked... (optimistic contemplation)
