Hi,

I have a question regarding glass and hard plastic. Our wall windows close to the production and packaging lines were protected with shattered film. My question is, should the wall windows to be included in the glass and hard plastic inspection check list?

Thanks

Konesh

Dear Konesh,

I'm not sure i totally understand yr OP. Do you mean that some of the wall windows are protected and some are not ?

Regardless my answer would be Yes unless, as previous post, there is "zero" chance of cross-contamination. The latter IMEX of auditors usually does not happen.

And presumably you don't have to check them yourself ?

We include our shatter-proof windows in the production area in our glass/plastic check. While the probability of the windows breaking apart and entering the production area is very minute, it still exisits.

It also doesn't take much to add it on to the checklist!
