We have several box files keeping regulations from different countries. One of my responsibility is to keep those files up to date. The manager asks me to go through each website regularly and check any legislation changes but I find it quite time consuming.

Is there a better way to do? Any advice?

Thanks a lot!!

I think Simon is in the process of setting up a section on the website  to centralise all of the information ...which  may help you in the future!

(there are also some links to various  databases in that thread which may (or may not) help)

As suggested, you need to develop a budget for this.  I once managed quality for a major juvenile products manufacturing plant.  The lab had to be continuously up to date on all of the product standards for everything from fibers to plastic resin.  At the time, Global Spec-IHS had an update service.  They kept our library of standards and kept them current for a fee.  You might try them.

Good luck!
