Hello, I am a QA Food Safety Manager. I am having a SQF Audit in the future. Is there anyone out there that can share some SQF templates? I have had the SQF training and the Gap audit thus far but, no templates. Thank you, Judy

I am not sure I understand your request.

SQF templates for your procedures? We developed our own format, there isn't anything prescribed as far as a format.
