HI

We are looking at getting an IBC Docking Station to put in our manufacturing process so we can feed Blended powder from above the machine directly. However I am unsure about weather we need a dedicated room or we are ok to have in an "open Zone" as the machine would be sealed so no loss or risk of external contamination ?

Anybody have experience with this ?

thanks

Hi John,

I think that member will need more information in order to provide advice.

Firstly is your powder high risk or for further processing?

Secondly how are you going to ensure the IBC is clean/free from debris and how is it going to be transferred and placed in position?

Regards,

Tony
